Medicaid Waiver
Most services at E&E Developmental Services of North Texas are funded through Texas Medicaid Waiver programs. If you or your family member are approved for a waiver, Medicaid typically covers the cost of authorized supports, so there is no out‑of‑pocket charge for those services. For individuals who are not currently on a waiver or who want additional supports, limited private‑pay options may be available and are discussed upfront so you always understand any costs before services begin.

Mixed Funding
E&E works within Medicaid Waiver guidelines, meaning that once you are enrolled in an approved waiver program, the services outlined in your plan are generally paid directly by Medicaid—not by you. There are no enrollment or “hidden” fees from E&E for Medicaid Waiver services. If you choose services that fall outside your waiver authorization, our team will clearly explain any private‑pay rates in advance and help you decide what best fits your needs and budget.
