About E&E

For more than a decade, E&E has remained committed to one simple goal: providing personalized service, building lasting family relationships, and making sure every individual receives the support they deserve.

Our Approach

Since 2013, E&E Developmental Services has been dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate services to individuals with disabilities and their families. We believe every person deserves services that are tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and goals—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

One of the ways we ensure personalized service is by intentionally keeping our Program Managers’ caseloads to no more than 30 individuals. This allows our team to truly get to know the individuals and families we serve, build meaningful relationships, and remain actively involved in their care and services.

At E&E, our families are more than clients—they become part of the E&E family. We work tirelessly to make sure services are being provided as they should be, concerns are addressed, and families have someone they can turn to when they need support or guidance.

We also recognize that our greatest strength is our people. We utilize our staff based on their individual areas of expertise and strengths, allowing each team member to contribute what they do best. By bringing together the unique talents of our staff, we are able to provide an even higher level of service to the individuals and families who count on us.

Reviews

A detailed close-up of a personalized weekly support schedule laid out on a smooth white desk, illustrated entirely with colorful icons and simple shapes instead of text, representing activities like cooking, health appointments, exercise, and social outings. Around the schedule sit a smartphone with calendar app open, a set of labeled pill organizers with clear lids, and a key ring with a small house-shaped key fob, symbolizing independent living support. Soft morning window light from the left creates gentle shadows and delicate reflections. Photographic realism with a shallow depth of field keeps the schedule in sharp focus while softly blurring the edges, conveying structured, tailored Medicaid waiver services that are easy to understand and follow.

E&E walked us through every Medicaid Waiver step and built supports around my brother’s strengths. We always feel heard and respected.

A tidy residential bedroom configured for supportive living, with a height-adjustable bed neatly made in soft gray and navy linens, a grab bar securely mounted beside it, and a bedside table holding a digital clock with large numbers, a lamp with an easy rocker switch, and a small framed abstract artwork. A sliding door in the background opens to a hallway with smooth, unobstructed flooring. Warm, diffused ceiling lighting and a hint of ambient daylight from a side window create a soothing glow. Photographic realism at eye level, with a balanced, symmetrical composition emphasizing safety, dignity, and comfort for adults receiving Medicaid waiver services in North Texas and Houston.

Because of E&E, my son finally has consistent staff who understand him. Their communication with our family and case manager is outstanding.
