Owner/Landlord Owner: Can be owned by an LLC, Special Needs Trust, Non-Profit/Foundation, Parent and/or Community Profit
Financing ?
Includes room and board (rent,
utilities & groceries)
Expenses are divided by the
number of people living in the
home (including caregiver)
Paid for through client’s monthly SSI
